Recommendation System in aiFind

In aiFind we offer you the possibility that our system recognises suitable proposals for a job and suggests them to you. To do this, a suitable job and candidate must be created in the system, which means nothing more than that certain parameters must match the job and candidate. The following parameters are taken into account:

• Skills (All skills created in the job must be stored in the candidate)
• Salary (The salary stored in the job is higher than that of the candidate)
• Employment (The employment type in the job must match the candidate)

Once these steps have been completed, click on the “Recommendations” button in the Hiring Race and you will now see all suitable candidates recommended by the system in the pop-up. You can now simply select them using the checkbox and add them to the job. In the table, candidates that you have already placed are shown with a red icon next to the checkbox. This allows you to decide for yourself whether you want to consider them.
