Add manager

Description

  • Learn how to add managers in aiFind.

Starting point

  • Click the icon (plus) in the quick start menu at the top right and select “Manager”.
  • Click on the menu in the upper left, select “Manager” in the Master Data section. Click on the + in the lower right corner.
  • Click on the green icon (Plus, Add manager) in the “Statistics” section of a company.

Step by step

  • Use the Lookup to search for the company where your manager works. Skip this step if the company is already prefilled.
  • Fill in the required fields (marked with an asterisk) to get the possibility to save your manager.
  • You now have two options to save your manager. By clicking on “Save” your manager will be saved without being informed. By clicking on “Save & Send Opt-in” your manager will also be saved and will receive an email with a confirmation link according to EU-DSGVO.

Background information

  • A lookup collects information from another data source. In this case you can search for all companies in aiFind. After confirmation the master data will be prefilled automatically.
  • You can click on “Import from company addresses” to use any address of the company.
