Description

Discover the potential of Mail Campaigns in aiFind.

Entry point

  • Click on the menu at the top left, select “Mail Campaign” in the Main area and click on the button (Plus) at the bottom right.
  • Within a shortlist you can start a new Mail Campaign by clicking on the icon (dots) in the upper right corner of the tile.

Step by step

  • After you have entered an internal name, a wizard will guide you step by step until you are ready to send your mail campaign.

  • Select a shortlist or a saved search, if not preselected.

  • Specify which subject should be in the email.

  • Formulate your email or select a template if you have already created one.

  • You can attach a file or search for CVs already categorized as “Frontsheet” in the “Search candidates” section.

  • After selecting a CV, a new window will open where you can select and create your Frontsheet.

  • Now paste the link via drag & drop into your email. You can generate as many profiles as you like and place them in your mail.

  • In the last step your mail campaign will be checked so that it can be sent. Analyze Mail Campaigns

  • In the “General information” section you can find general information about the mail campaign and the number of recipients.

  • The pie chart in the “Status” section gives you an overview of how many of your recipients have received the email. The meaning of the statuses:

    • Sending: The email has not been delivered yet.
    • Sent: The email has been successfully delivered.
    • Bounce: The email could not be delivered, e.g. because the email address is not valid.
    • Error: The email could not be delivered, e.g. because no email address exists.
    • Ignored: The email was not sent because the recipient was not opt-in or has already been placed.
  • The bar chart in the “Mails” section shows you how often an email has been read by all recipients, a profile has been opened or someone has unsubscribed from your mail campaign.

  • In the “Mail Details” you can see the email that was sent. If you want to see the profiles that were sent, you can view them as a PDF file. The link does not open the profile.

  • Finally, you can filter and sort the list of recipients according to your needs in order to target your recipients.

Background information

  • Sending a profile (frontsheet) as a hyperlink allows aiFind to analyze the interactions of your recipients. Thus, the time of reading the mail as well as the time when your recipient looked at the profile (frontsheet) can be identified. aiFind makes these footprints available to you so that you can work with the Mail Campaign in a targeted manner.

Tips & Tricks

  • Don’t forget to add the “Unsubscribe” link from the Email Editor toolbar. Otherwise your Mail Campaign will not be able to be sent.
  • Click on the areas in the charts to filter the view in the recipient list directly.
  • Analyze the footprints your customers leave behind. Stop calling customers who are not interested. This will save you time and increase your quality.
  • Use wildcards when composing your email. By default, aiFind suggests a gender-specific formal salutation ({@select key=recipient.sex} {@none}Good day {recipient.firstname} {recipient.lastname}, {/none} {@eq value=“M”}Good day Mr {recipient.lastname},{/eq} {@eq value=“F”}Good day Ms {recipient.lastname},{/eq} {/select}). You can also customize them to your liking. For example, you can make it neutral and informal (Good day {recipient.firstname}).
