Description

How to register in aiTime.

Entry point

  • You will receive two emails from your provider to activate your user account.

Step by step

  • Open the email with the wording “Update your account” in the subject line

  • Click on the link there to activate your user account once Example email:

    Your administrator has just requested that you update your aiFind CI account by performing the following action(s): Update Password. Click on the link below to start this process. Link to account update This link will expire within 2 days. If you are unaware that your administrator has requested this, just ignore this message and nothing will be changed.

  • After clicking on the link, you will be redirected to a web page in your browser.

  • There you can click on a link in the window that appears in the middle to set your password.

  • After you have set and confirmed your password, you can open in your mailbox the second email with the wording “Welcome to Provider@aiFind - Manage project staff easily!” in the subject.

    Example Email: Guten Tag, Ihr Provider aiFind GmbH hat Sie zu aiTime eingeladen. Parallel dazu erhalten sie eine weitere Mail mit Betreff „Aktualisieren Sie Ihr Konto“. Sobald Sie dort Ihr Passwort gesetzt haben, können Sie sich jederzeit mit Ihrer E-Mail-Adresse und Ihrem neuen Passwort unter https://providername.aifind.de einloggen. Somit nutzen Sie kostenlos sämtliche Vorzüge von aiTime. Nie war die Organisation rund um die Leistungsabrechnung in Projekten einfacher. Wir wünschen Ihnen einen erfolgreichen Projektstart.   • Feel free to bookmark the link so you can log in at any time with a single click to record and monitor your performance.

Troubleshooting

  • If you only received one email, first check your spam or junk mail folder to make sure the email was not filtered.
  • You can also mark emails that accidentally end up in the Spam or Junk Mail folder as “Not Junk”. For Outlook there are instructions here.
  • If you did not receive any email at all, please contact your provider.

Background information

  • Resetting your password only works after you have activated your account.
